Publication Process

Manuscripts submitted to DOE will go through a single-blind peer review process. Two external, independent peer reviewers who are authorities in their respective domains will review each paper to ensure an impartial evaluation process. The editor-in-chief will invite the editor who oversees the manuscript review process. The appointed editor referred the work to an external reviewer for peer review. DOE encourages editors and reviewers to submit their professional reviews and refrain from making haughty, insulting, or hostile remarks to preserve the review process's favorable atmosphere. When selecting which submissions to accept or reject the manuscript, the Editor in Chief has the final decision.
